Mission Statement

Real Estate Operations (REO) of Cascap Inc., specializes in the development and management of residential communities for people of low and moderate income. REO has developed homes in more than 20 locations for over 150 older individuals and people challenged with psychiatric and physical disabilities. In recent years, the crisis of affordable housing in Greater Boston had prompted REO to expand its mission to include the development of affordable housing for individuals without service needs through the Affordable Small Apartment Preservation (ASAP) program, funded by the City of Cambridge as a response to the end of rent control.

REO provides project management services to its clients from project conceptualization and feasibility studies, through budget development, permitting, financing, and, construction management. Community ties and experience make REO uniquely suited to developing supportive housing in the Boston Area.
