If you received a postcard from us it is because you were referred by the Cambridge Housing Authority Section 8 or Section 8 Disabled list. You may be eligible for tenancy at one of the following properties. Once we have received your application materials, we will review your documents and consider you for all housing units that match your subsidy.

* Note about Studio apartments:  If you submit an application with us and are offered a studio apartment, please consider accepting this placement. We usually DO NOT have one-bedroom units available as current tenants wishing to transfer have first priority at larger units.
