In order to be considered for tenancy at any of the buildings listed below, you must meet the following requirements:

The dilapidated nursing home was purchased and extensively renovated and expanded to create this beautiful, grand building which opened it's doors to tenants in 1999.  It is now home to 21 low-income elders in a thriving community where mutual respect and support is emphasized.  A part-time service coordinator is available to assist residents with a variety of needs.  A live-in resident manager is available to respond to building emergencies and other property issues.

Harvard Place is located in walking distance of Central Square in Cambridge, near public transportation and a myriad local amenities.

Nonantum Village

Nonantum Village Place

Located in the Nonantum area of Newton, this newly built,35 unit building sits on what used to be the parking lot of St. Jean's Parish.  Cascap celebrated it's grand opening in April, 2005. Cascap manages the building while Springwell, Inc. provides service coordination for the 35 low-income elders who now live there.  The Newton Housing Authority provides maintenance service for the building.

Designed by award winning architects, Americo and Susan Andrade, Nonantum Village place features open hallways, soothing colors and a welcoming common area with fireplace, kitchen and front patio.

Marshall Place in Watertown

Marshall Place Apartments

Located at 120 Mount Auburn Street in Watertown, Marshall Place Apartment's opened its doors to tenants in September 2005.  The project was developed through a partnership between Cascap and Watertown Community Housing Inc. (WCH). The renovation and reconfiguration of the building has created ten (10) affordable one-bedroom apartments for seniors.

The newly renovated building also includes a large common space, laundry facility and office space for resident services.  The Watertown Senior Center is in walking distance and the location is ideal for remaining connected to the local community. An on-site Service Coordinator is provided by Springwell, Inc. and a Resident Manager is available to respond to building issues.
