Mobile or Tenant-Based Vouchers
Cascap has several units that we exclusively rent to people who have a mobile, or tenant-based voucher. Please attach a copy of your voucher to your application when you send it or bring it to us.
* Note about studio apartments: If you submit an application with us and are offered a studio apartment, please consider
accepting this placement. We usually DO NOT have one-bedroom units available as current tenants wishing to transfer have
first priority at larger units.
