Cascap's Property Management Department is responsible for the maintenance, management, budgeting, leasing, compliance and ongoing tenancy in Cascap's considerable portfolio of 280 units of affordable housing. Properties range from individual apartments, residential group homes, and multi-unit family housing and are occupied by moderate to low-income tenants, many of whom are elderly or disabled. Many of these sites are owned or leased by Cascap or an affiliated entity.
Cascap's DMH affiliated residences undergo rigorous licensing procedures to ensure the safety, comfort, and care of all its residents. Cascap has performed exceptionally well on all aspects of licensure, and receives high ratings on inspections conducted by the Dept. of Housing and Urban Development and local Housing Authorities. The department's six full time staff and eight resident managers, as well as local sub-contractors, ensure all properties are maintained and operated according to the highest standards.
