Chief Executive Officer

Michael Haran has been working with Cascap for its entire 35 year life. Initially Michael was an outreach worker who piloted the idea of the Elderly Congregate Housing program. Michael has been a tireless advocate for the homeless, elderly, disabled and chronically mentally ill for his whole professional life. When Cascap merged and acquired ECHO, Michael was selected by the Board of Directors to lead Cascap forward.
