  1. SHORT TERM DISABILITY

    All full-time and part-time employees are eligible after one year's employment at no cost to the employee.


  2. LONG TERM DISABILITY

    All full time employees are eligible after one year's employment at no cost to the employee.


  3. SUPPLEMENTAL ACCIDENT, CANCER, HOSPITALIZATION & LIFE INSURANCES

    All full-time and part-time employees are eligible to sign up within 30 days of hire. These low cost options are offered by Colonial Insurance.

    Supplemental Accident Insurance is an indemnity plan that provides payment directly to the subscriber or their beneficiary for treatment of accidental injuries.

    Supplemental Cancer insurance is an indemnity plan that provides payment directly to the subscriber or their beneficiary for cancer screenings and treatment of cancer

    Supplemental Hospitalization is an indemnity plan that provides payment directly to the subscriber for hospitalizations

  4. RETIREMENT BENEFIT

    403b - All full time and part time employees are eligible to participate in a 403b plan of retirement from the day of hire. Cascap does not contribute on behalf of the employee.

    401k - All full time and part time employees are eligible to participate in a 401k plan of retirement from the day of hire.

  5. 125 FLEX PLAN

    Dependent Care Spending Account - Cascap allows employees to set up a day care spending account with pre-tax payroll deductions.

    Medical Reimbursement Account - Cascap allows employees to set up a medical reimbursement account with pre-tax payroll deductions.

    All full time and part time regular employees are eligible to participate in the 125 FLEX PLANS after a 4 month waiting period. Domestic Partners are excluded from this plan.


  6. T-PASS REIMBURSEMENT CASCAP

    Currently reimburses 25% of the cost of employees' T-Passes up to a limit of $65.
