Resident Manager - 5-10 hour per week

Responsibilities: To ensure the cleanliness and safety of building at 35 Harvey St. in Cambridge. To assist and represent Cascap’s Property Management Department in all management functions.

Requirements: At least one year’s year related experience either in housing management, maintenance, or human services. Must have proven communication and organizational skills. Must be physically able to shovel, use a snow blower, and perform cleaning duties.

Reports To: Assistant Property Manager

Pay: Rent free Single Room Occupancy unit on Harvey Street in North Cambridge, off of Mass. Ave and includes utilities. The newly renovated building is on the Minuteman Bike Path and is a short walk to Davis Square.

Representative Payee Program Assistant – 10 hours per week

Responsibilities: Responsible for the clerical running of the program

Requirements: Experience in a clerical setting. Experience dealing with clients with dual diagnosis issues. Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s 10:00 am – 3:00 pm.

Reports To: Rep Payee Outreach Worker
